PetVet Vaccination Clinic

First and foremost, I just want to say that the staff was absolutely five star. They did a great job and they dealt with a lot of backlash and angry people with poise and grace. They seem to really care about the animals and making this clinic very efficient. The one star review is because when you pre-register the website tells you to check in online and wait in your car I was the second car in the parking lot with an animal for the clinic, to be specific two very stressed out cats. I followed the instructions clicked the link and was waiting for my text to come in for 20 minutes as I watched other people walk into the building. After that 20 minutes past knowing I was the second person there, I figured that I should just go inside and not follow the instructions so that I didn’t get abs

The vets were excellent. They were friendly, gental and caring. Originally I only took my cat for the vaccine clinic but I will be returning to them for her needs.

I took my cat Lexi to the VIP pet care at tractor supply in Berlin, New Jersey. I brought her in on a leash and I was holding her in my arms, she is a 100% leash trained and well behaved she does better on the leash than most of the dogs I ever saw, however they did not like that and said she needs to be in a box. I didn’t know that was their policy if it even is, so one the girls did go get a cardboard box for me to put her in, but basically they put her in the box asked me a couple questions then took her out less than a minute later. The girls held her, then the doctor gave her the shot that she needed. Then they put her back in the box, the doctor didn’t say anything to me at all. Then they had me pay and then I basically left. Dr. Kimmelman & Jennifer were a delight to meet for both my dog and I. This clinic is a great choice for anyone who wants a fair price up-front without compromising on quality care, plus no appointments needed, which is a big plus. They were very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and explained everything wonderfully. Not to mention kind, gentle, and mindful of our budget. We had a great experience here and will definitely come back with our other pets.

The new West Berlin PetVet wellness Center exceeded my expectations today. I brought my pup in for an eye exam. My 7 month old pup and I were met with big welcoming smiles. Treats were offered and my guy was very happy the entire time. I have told my entire family about this amazing option for pet health. Dr. Kimmelman and Jen were wonderful!
