They were an hour late getting started because of an emergency. But once they got started it went by fast they were really nice to both of my fur babies
Pre-registering was easy online. Allowed me to create an account and even gave me a first time visit coupon to use. We waited in the car until we received our text to join the line. The young lady at the check in was polite and helped us decide which option was best for our new pups. We waited a while in line after that but honestly it was worth it. The vet and her assistant were friendly and explained what they were doing and made the process really easy. Told us when we would need to come back for boosters and what we would need at the next visit. Puppy approved and didn’t even flinch getting her shots or being microchipped. Cheese was a great distraction.
I feel like the staff is exceedingly helpful, available to answer questions knowledgeably and endeavors for a positive result in my dog’s good health
