First time user, will never use them again. My five month old puppy needed boosters and a rabies vaccine. So I got her wormer and flea meds. Mind you, this is a PUPPY. Three ladies rushed her over and towered over her, scared the living daylights out of her. Instead of backing off and giving her a treat and some time to settle and calm down (nobody behind or in front of me, no line or reason to rush her at all). They pinned her down and forced her shots and meds. My terrified puppy started barking and nipping. I was VERY clear with them she had never been to the vet and the breeder was the only one who had done shots previously. This is a pup that goes into a store looking for who she can get love from who LOVES people and other dogs - who instantly cowered and became anxious and
Every visit with our now 3 pups has been great highly recommend
