This was my first time going to a PetVet Clinic and was very happy with the service (2 vaccines) but I was told to schedule online of which I did, got too many updates regarding the upcoming appointment, and when I arrived early (as requested), I waited (as requested ) and saw many walking into the store with their pets. So..I decided to just walk in and wait there. The wait line was very long, I registered, BUT if you just walk in, you wait in line and SO DO THE ONE'S THAT REGISTERED!! I will not register again, I will just walk in earlier and wait as most do. They need to change their policy to register and if those that do register, they need to be called first, especially since they know we have arrived!
