We went in to kill some time before going and picking up our daughter. That’s where I fell in love with our Maddie! Formally known as Nutmeg. She is the perfect addition to our family! She loves when her little humans get home from school. She’s such a princess. We can’t get enough of her! She is so lively yet so gentle. Such a cuddler. When we went in, we had no intentions on getting a dog. After spending about 45 minutes with her, I thought about her the rest of the day! That’s when we decided to go ahead and get her! The young lady at the front desk was very sweet and kind. Not a fan of the pricing but besides that, thank you for our newest member and our first family pet!

Alex provided amazing customer service while we were shopping for a puppy. She was very friendly, helpful, and took the time to answer all of our questions. She made the whole experience easy and enjoyable for us. We really appreciate her help and highly recommend asking for Alex if you’re looking for great service!

I would highly recommend this store to anyone who is seeking a specific breed of dog (especially if you’re in the market for something small/hypoallergenic, although they did have the most beautiful golden retrievers so they do carry bigger breeds as well.) I came in last week just to have a look around and I was impressed with their little operation. The store was clean and inviting, the pups seemed happy and healthy and the pricing, while not cheap, beats Petland’s prices by a mile. The ladies working at the front desk were extremely kind and welcoming. I spoke with Alex, who I assume was the manager based on the way she was helping the other two girls navigate things in store. We found our little Vera at Pettito OKC on the website. She was transported to Tulsa for our family. Staff Chloe (OKC) and Alex (TUL) were very informative and professional. My 15 year old Yorkie I adopted from the SPCA left a big hole in my heart after he passed this summer. I’ve been looking for another Pickles the past couple months. I appreciate the help and ability to find a specific dog. I did not finance so I can’t comment on any transactions other financial processes other than the price agreement which was maintained from OKC to TUL. She was transported at no cost from OKC to TUL. From the moment I walked in the door I felt so welcome and overwhelmed at all the love I can feel from the dogs! Maria was the sweetest in answering all my questions and getting melody out to play with me. If you’re looking for a place for new pup, I highly recommend.!
