Pettito Shenandoah

The puppy buying experience was fun. We got good customer service from Kate. Our new Goldendoodle makes us so happy! Very cute, energetic, and friendly. Here is a photo of Penny waiting for her physical exam at a Houston vet office. She passed with flying colors. Vet said she was wonderful!

First dog (waffles) I adopted came with a sickness and had to have immediate treatment. After waffles was stolen from us we decided to adopt again and this experience was much better this time around, however no discount and we are still paying on waffles. I was pressured to make this review by staff and they are sweet but definitely this girl is very small in size... Ill be back to update everyone on whether she does reach full potential. I was also disappointed in the fact she isnt full akc like waffles was where she has breeding rights or show rights. I do not want to breed but did want show quality and big enough to provide good pressure. I just feel like I received less than what I originally came for and then was saddened they dont have some sort of protocol if there are behavioral

Traveled 8hrs to come for vacation. Ended up stopping by to see puppies and was greeted by Kate and another worker. They were both very helpful throughout the time of us visiting the storefront. Kate was the main one who helped us adopt our fur baby. We ended up adopting a dachshund puppies named Mac. He is the cutest. They were generous enough to keep him after the purchase while we finish out or vacation.

They are not enough stars ✨️ to give to this establishment! We all know that businesses thrive ONLY with good employees and KRISTEN & SHARA are not just great employees but awesome ladies! This goes a long way with keeping customerscoming back! Although we did not take home the pup we fell in love with they literally went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and helped in every way they could! They deserve all the recognition and applause 👏 they were just that good! We do plan on returning just because of them and of course the pup we feel for! Thank you!!!

While driving around this evening we came upon Pettito and was greeted by Veloria. To say 2 words to explain her it would patient and knowledgeable. She introduced us to our new baby Lilith. And took all the time, including even staying with us after closing and making sure we could get our financing together to be able to take our new puppy home with us today with the assistance of Kristen and other ladies from other locations. We will would recommend this location to anyone in the market looking for a new furbaby. Ask for Veloria :)
