PetSuites Olive Branch

We recently boarded our kitten Riley at PetSuites, and overall we had a very reassuring experience. The staff was kind, attentive, and kept us updated with messages and photos, which really helped ease our anxiety while we were away. Riley is young, small, and a very picky eater, so she was stressed at first. The team noticed this quickly and made the effort to take her to the play area to help her feel more comfortable. They monitored her eating closely, offered treats and the foods she was willing to accept, and communicated openly with us about how she was doing. We truly appreciate the patience, updates, and gentle care they provided. We would highly recommend PetSuites! Thank you for taking care of Riley 🐈

PetSuites Olive Branch is wonderful! I was skeptical about switching from our typical boarder but this was a great experience. I got daily “pawgress” reports and loved being able to log in to see them running around playing. I love that I was able to text the team! One of our pups experienced a small injury during play time and I was noticed immediately and an appointment was made for him to go to the vet. I asked for a picture and they sent one promptly. He was just fine and didn’t need medical attention. But their attentiveness was amazing, even updating me the following day on how he was doing. As you can see from the smiles on their faces that they had a great time!

The people here are great, the facilities are wonderful, and our Yorkie/Jack Russell LOVED to stay and play. We opted for the $99 introduction rate because he was a rescue and we wanted to get him acclimated around other people and dogs and loved on while we were working but he loves it so much, we even take him up on weekends! He started out as a grumpy jerk that had to be put in time out, but the other sweet dogs and hoomans in group have taught him manners and great social skills! Everyone we've met is so friendly and the customer service is always stellar. We've had a couple of emergencies and they've always worked to get him into boarding. Overall awesome experience! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I took Duffy ( Labrador )and Lillie ( Husky) for the full grooming experience and they obviously enjoyed it and looked great! The pricing was reasonable and the the groomers were awesome! Highly recommend!
