The staff truly goes above and beyond, and the level of care and attention is unmatched. Jacob, the GM, is absolutely amazing—professional, kind, and clearly passionate about what he does. You can tell he genuinely cares about the pets and the experience of the owners. Brandon was also incredibly helpful and attentive, always making sure everything ran smoothly and that my pups were well taken care of. It gives me such peace of mind knowing my dogs are loved, safe, and happy when they’re here. Highly recommend PetSuites Murphy to anyone looking for a place that treats your pets like family! 🐾💙

Pet Suites in Murphy is an excellent choice - my puppy has been well taken care of on every visit. The staff are all very helpful and knowledgeable. I get a report each time regarding how he did - they take care of all needs, highly recommend them!! 👌

My dog loves it here! We can tell because as soon as we say puppy daycare he will run to the leash and jump in the car. My dog even met a new best friend here! They have special things for the dogs to do too! Like a picture day! I highly recommend if you want your furry friend to have a lifetime of fun!

We absolutely love Pet Suites. It makes going away so much easier knowing that we don’t have to worry about our fur babies. The communication during our pets stay is fantastic and we know they are well taken care of and loved.

We had a pet sitter cancel at the last minute and needed care for our three dogs. Our oldest dog has anxiety related to other past boarding experiences. With no other options, we had to board them. Our neighbors suggested PetSuites Murphy, and we were pleased with the care our dogs received. We were able to monitor our dogs in daycare, and I was surprised to see that my oldest actually enjoyed the group play. Watching him on the camera, I could tell he liked observing the younger dogs playing. He lay in the center of the play area, and when he needed a break, he would move to a quieter spot off to the side. Every time I logged in to check on my dogs, they were being actively monitored by an employee walking around the play yard. I checked in several times daily, and seeing my dogs playin
