Pet suites eastgate was very accommodating for Carly! Especially since she has to take 3 different meds per day! Staff were very friendly and fun! They really know how to make your pet feel comfy! So nervous to leave my baby Zola since she is quite anxious with big dogs but I was able to do individual play time. Plus this was first time boarding. Overall such great service!

Our dog Rooney has been visiting pet suites since she was just 6 months old. We feel great and can enjoy our vacation knowing that she is with the staff who we know loves her and gives her the best care! We would recommend the townhouse for boarding, daycare options as well as training!

Erin, the resort manager, is absolutely amazing. My wife and I were expecting our first, and she went out of her way to make sure that our dogs would have a place to go. Not to mention we get great photos and reviews of our pups when they stay. Our husky was sooooo fluffy soft after grooming. Couldn't recommend enough! Thanks again Erin

We signed up for the $99, 30-day introductory membership around the 7th of last month to try more consistent visits before committing to a monthly plan. Up until today, our experiences were great, and we were planning to continue. Unfortunately, an incident during group play today — and how it was handled — has completely eroded our trust. About 30 minutes after drop-off, I received a call while at work. I couldn’t answer, but seeing the missed call concerned me.
