PetSuites Baton Rouge

We’ve used PetSuites Baton Rouge for boarding and daycare a few times, and it’s the only place we trust with our dog. Clean facility, good play areas, comes home happy and tired. We’re especially always impressed with how passionate Jackie is! She knows our dog’s quirks, gives him real attention, and sends quick updates that actually help us relax. She clearly loves what she does. The team’s solid, but Jackie’s why we keep going back. Highly recommend.

We've been using PetSuites Baton Rouge for several years and were so thrilled to find a place we can trust to take care of our dogs. I especially like the luxury townhouse option and having access to the camera so I can check on the dogs whenever I miss them. Knowing that our furbabies are safe, secured, and well-cared for is great peace of mind. Highly recommend!

This is a very nice facility. I just feel they did not spend enough time with my dog for his "interview" for day care before telling me they couldn't accept him because he was too nervous. I found a place with more patient people to bring him to instead. I will not waste my money here after the way they acted about him. I was disappointed because I really did like how nice the place seemed and the location.

I recently toured Petsuites and was very impressed with the entire experience. Jackie was wonderful; very welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions. She took the time to explain how everything works, which really put me at ease. Based on the tour and the great customer service, I will definitely be using their services in the future. Highly recommend!

I boarded my dogs for the first time for two days at petsuites. As soon as I walked into the building I could tell that something felt off. When I walked through the doors I was not greeted and our presence was not even acknowledged. I walked up to the girl that was standing at the desk and was greeted with nothing but silence for the first couple of seconds then she said she would be with me in a moment which is completely fine I am sure they are extremely busy with the holiday. After a couple minutes of just standing there the check in process begun. She proceeded to tell me that they did not have my dogs records when I had uploaded them to the portal like I was asked beforehand. She finally found their vaccine records and we begun discussing their feeding instructions. I explained how I
