Me and my dog were treated terribly at the grooming place for a nail trim that I always bring him there for. They were accusing him of doing stuff he wasn’t even doing. Didn’t even finish his nails and kicked me out with my sweet dog. Called the police on me. 😂 my dog was right next to me and a little dog on a retractable came flying over and the terrible manager accused my dog of going by the other dog. What a bunch of nut cases. I preceded to go to the Home Depot.They loved my dog and were very kind. I mentioned how rude the employees at Petsmart were. They get complaints about Petsmart. That’s pretty bad! Here’s a picture of these rude people. And my sweet baby.

The staff is always so kind and eager to help. Especially Kathy, she usually checks me out and she’s genuinely so nice. Their manager is incredibly helpful/kind as well. I am loyal to this pet store because of these wonderful employees. Highly recommend.

We had another wonderful experience at the grooming salon. Mickayla always takes such great care of Jones who is very shy with strangers and takes some time to settle into grooming. Wanted to say a personal thanks to her and encourage you to request her, she is the best! -Lauren

The only place I take my girls for nail trim/grind. Roz struggles with a bit of anxiety and they make her as comfortable as possible. The staff always takes such great care of them and I feel safe leaving them under their care. Proof they always leave happy as ever!

I had a very poor service today with my friendly, but excitable lab, who has been going there for grooming for the past 3.5 years. He was always very happy to go get groomed and I never heard a complaint from the staff. Now, the grooming salon staff are all new. Not long ago, one of the new groomers let my 100lb lab fall off the table. Afterwards, one of the groomers said, "I know the groomer that did that and I'm not surprised that happened." The manager at that time was very apologetic and said he would be done on the floor moving forward. Today, when I booked the appointment online, I asked he be done on the floor, per the previous manager's recommendation. I dropped him off at 1:30 for his appointment and the new groomer was acting afraid of him. That was my first sign that this was
