Volunteered for a German shepherd rescue (GSROC) in front of PetSmart. Staff were friendly accommodating. Store well stocked organized and clean. Dogs were well received by public.

Outstanding customer service service. I visited the La Quinta Ca location yesterday picked up some new items for my new pup. Very friendly and helpful. The manager Cory (Cody) was extremely helpful. Unlike Petco in Indio who had NO shopping carts. None! How are we supposed to shop ? Bags of dog food are 27 lbs and up. Front cashier was extremely rude too. I’ll never go back there.

Love Petsmart!! The teams I have experienced working in the stores, especially this location on the edge of Fullerton, are absolutely amazing!!; This store is close to the 91 FWY and Harbor Blvd, in the same business plaza as Spectrum, Tilly's, and Jewelry Mart. There is always plenty of parking and lots of amazing new items coming out in the store. I included pics of the outside of the store to show the location at the back of the plaza, next to Tilly's!

The review is for the pets grooming area in Petsmart. I will attach 3 photos of my experience. The 1st picture was my dog before grooming. 2nd picture was what I highlighted the cut should look like. the 3rd picture was what I received... It's humorous and sad at the same time. Like something that could be so off from what I had requested.
