I was greeted by the cashier in the picture who informed me about their donations offer for a rescue. I kindly bought a stuff animal to donate to the organization. She was informative about everything and was such a sweetheart. The store had a great selection of all the necessities for pets and was very well organized.
The cashier was very helpful n knowledgeable when it came to pet care. She gets 5 🌟 because she also let us pet the reptiles. This Petsmart has more exotic pets than the other one's in my township.
Had my granddaughters dog taken for a haircut and nails trimmed. He has a few bold spots and they didn’t finish cutting his hair because they said he has high anxiety. He looks like a beaten up lion. Now I have to find another place to take him to try to repair the damages. My granddaughter is very disappointed
What is so hard about properly staffing a store? If you can’t hire enough cashiers then put in a self checkout lane! I have never been here and had a checkout experience that was efficient or quick. I will say the store is typically kept clean and orderly, and the little bit of staff they have working here are typically pleasant to deal with.
The grooming 5 stars but the retail experience is always poor bc the lines are always so long. Especially the weekends. STAY AWAY ON SAT/SUN, order from chewy or Amazon and only shop in store as last resort
