Have been grooming with Jillian for about 2+ years She always does a great job with Charlie. She is so professional and cares about what she does! Charlie always feels his best right after a good haircut and bath. He doesn't get the regular cut with a Cavalier King Charles because of his little quirks and she accommodates to my requests perfectly! Highly recommend going to her 😊

I visited this location today and had a very concerning experience with the betta fish section. When I arrived, I immediately noticed a betta that was dead, covered in film, missing its eyes, and had pieces of decomposing tissue floating in the cup. This is not something that happens “within a day” as the staff later tried to claim. The fish had clearly been deteriorating in the cup for far longer than that. When I pointed out the dead fish, the employee simply said “ok,” removed the cup, and made no effort to acknowledge the issue or check the others. I also asked about a severely bloated and obviously ill betta who had clearly been in that condition more than a few hours, and the same employee completely ignored my concerns. He cut me off, told me to “have a good day,” and walked away wh

This is the fourth time I’ve brought my extremely nervous rescue for grooming and Kim is awesome. She has a calm and confident vibe which helps me and my fur baby feel calmer. He always looks and smells amazing after his visit with Kim.

Probably the worst pet grooming experience I’ve ever had. I received a phone call, saying they switched my dog charts accidentally and wound up shaving him completely rather than the grooming instructions I left. I was then offered 40% off of the grooming to which I replied. I’m not paying anything for this cut that you messed up. They then comped the whole grooming bill. The person that messed up the charge supposedly has been there for multiple years. I would not recommend this location for someone that I disliked…. Unprofessional customer service with nonexistence.

This location is always nice. PetSmart takes good care of their pets, and I enjoy going in and seeing the rescues they have in the building at the time. They have a beautiful healthy pair of Rescue Ridge kittens staying there currently. It is always a bit pricey, but I know they carry my cat's reflective collar, and this plaza has always been a good one to visit.
