Awesome staff at the West Hazelton location. MO C in grooming is our favorite groomer ;so welcoming and loving to our big puppy Charlie. MO always gives him the best care and spa day. I have no worries leaving my baby with this location.

I usually had a good experience but this time I did not. I had arms full of stuff and the cashier left everyone waiting while going over every coupon in a coupon book for sale with a customer.. eventually I asked if she could have someone open another register and she ignored me but the manager Vanessa must have heard because she came to another register. I thanked her and said that's crazy to go over a whole book with someone when a line is waiting without at least calling for help. The manager then got a sarcastic attitude with me and pretty much dismissed my concern and told me she was there NOW to help. I am still confused about what just happened because I thought the manager would've been polite and acknowledged my complaint but she was nasty and rude. The correct thing to do was to

Great value and choices for anything for pets!!! A variety of pets available for sale and adopting, fish, birds, reptile and small animals, cats and dogs vary by location. The cats and dogs partner with a local shelter (which I think is awesome!) And most locations have a pet salon, where both dogs and cats can be pampered! And some locations also have a vet onsite, a doggy day camp, and pet hotel! There is an awesome rewards program with tons of savings and perks, the atmosphere is laid back and just a great place all around!
