PetSmart

In the gloomy months of winter, when the dog parks are closed and daycare is far and few between, we like to go shopping. My dog and I had a wonderful experience last night at the PetSmart. We were greeted warmly by all the staff, we were helped with a harness fitting. We visited with the groomer and she loved my dog and my dog loved her. We had a million dollar experience for just 13 bucks. There are a lot of great pet stores in Fargo. But PetSmart made our visit really special.

Its been awhile since I been to pet smart. I used to be a regular when I had fish tanks. But everyone always seems to love Sir Shrek Dogg!!! He even got a picture with santa today. Thanks PetSmart

Brought my golden retriever to the grooming salon for a basic haircut and bath. He was still shaggy afterwards and still had many knots and you could tell there was very little area trimmed. He’s had many haircuts so this was not what we were used to. After talking with the manager they agreed to have the stylist redo it. When I brought him back in the stylist didn’t even come out to talk to me. Had someone else bring him in and back out after while she basically hid in the back which I thought was very unprofessional. The second haircut was pretty much the same as the first. On top of the poor haircut, the cutting area was extremely dirty with multiple piles of different dogs fur all over the tables and floor. I will never bring him here again and don’t recommend it for anyone.

I’ve been bringing my senior dog Maggie to the salon for her monthly baths and nail trims for a while now, and I can’t say enough good things about our experience. The groomer Renae is absolutely fantastic. She is so kind, patient, and incredibly attentive to Maggie’s needs as an older pup. It’s clear she genuinely cares, and that peace of mind is priceless. 10/10 would absolutely recommend. Thank you Renae for taking such wonderful care of Maggie!

I dont know what the point of online ordering for store pick up is if nobody wants to help you when you're waiting by the pick up sign. When I came in there was one person working the tills, granted it was starting to get busier. He used his walkie to get someone to help up front. The guy comes up and immediately hops on a register without so much as a "Hi I'll be with you in a minute" nothing. Same with the first guy at the register. 0 greeting. They get through the lines of people, and the guy who got called up for help starts walking away. So I had to get his attention for help which he seemed annoyed at. Like, okay? I'll order elsewhere then. I dont appreciate having to wait 10+ minutes with 0 greeting, acknowledgment or help. I'd be more understanding if someone at least acknowledged
