Love the set up in the store...organized and items within reach. My Granddog just loves the variety of dog treats... He loves the veggie sticks...as well as the assorted colorful treats that mimic human cookies. My Granddog also likes the clothing for all seasons...buffer vests, sweaters for fall and winter. Vibrant shirts for Summer. He wore a few during our visit to Cape Cod and Martha's vineyard

How overpriced Can a corporate store get. Six dollars for a suction cup and a plastic leaf to $14 Betta fish that looks sick. Went to buy a fish for my kid paid $14.99 for a fish that looked like it was dying sitting in fecal water. Someone say yeah it’s a fish it’s inhumane. Let’s fast forward that when I finally got the fish home two days later the fish wasn’t pale white. It was actually black and yellow. But trying to get help from the staff Is almost impossible or just weird. Never in my life I ever went to buy something and had the staff convinced me not to buy certain things or buy anything. I don’t know how they make money here. Are the creatures that they sell safe and what is the life expectancy of their?” Supply” I have to give this place one star. How do you work at a pet store

Let me start by saying that I love this PetSmart location, but I would never adopt through one of the rescues they partner with—Who Rescued Who, which I believe is based in North Arlington. They currently have kittens and “designer” puppies available for adoption. We originally went in to grab something for our cat and took a look at the adoptable cats/kittens. Later, we came back because we wanted to see the puppies too. The moment we walked into the cat room, we were hit with a strong smell of poop coming from the cages. The litter boxes were clearly dirty, and the food looked like it had been sitting out for a long time. When we asked about the cats, the woman in charge of the rescue, was rude and said she’d be back. While we were looking around, another couple asked if one of the kit

Absolutely pleased of my puppies complete new look. After weeks of combs and conditions due to too many knots.. Adrian , the groomer, was phenomenal. It took time for my daughter to realize he needed this groom treatment , as she was still sobbing over her puppy, the manager Bryan cheered her up with grabbing anything for her puppy we were waiting for. Phenomenal. Phenomenal store manager and location !!

Five STARS & MORE!! This is my fourth time to PetSmart (Wayne location) and I love that the store has everything my cat needs. The biggest happiness for me is Barbara (Cat Groomer). Since having my fur baby Orion, I’ve had no success with cat groomers. First trying to find one that can work on a Saturday, second trying to find one who can actually groom your cat as instructed, and lastly, someone who shows the love and affection not only in their craft, but to the pets they groom. Each time that I’ve been to Barbara to get Orion groomed it has been a success. I am forever grateful for her because cat groomers are hard to find especially on the north side of Jersey. My commute is not long and most importantly Orion is such a big baby he just melts when he sees Barbara. Thank you Barbara for
