PetSmart

I’ve been coming here for years but never again. Brought my dog in for his scheduled grooming appointment at 1pm and told it would be 3-4 hours, which was expected. By 6:45pm I had not heard from them to which I call and find out he had just gotten on the table to be taken care of and i’m already livid my dog had been sitting in a cage for over 6 hours for what?? Then they tried to charge an extra $10 more than what the service stated online and then added an unnecessary $20 dematting fee for the one or two spots that were easily cut off, both of which have never happened before. When asked if he was given any food, water, or let outside in the almost 8 hours he ended up being there the girl answered, almost questioningly as if she didn’t know, that they gave him water. We always love PetSmart and shop the clearance because there are tons of it. We always love seeing the pets, too. The staff is knowledgeable and great at recommending products to suit our needs.

I just love this store! Very friendly staff and the groomers were very knowledgeable and helpful! Padamay looked like a million dollars when we left ! And she is a Doodle Princess! Thanks Bethany!

Came in here no greeting or anything. I came ready to purchase a bunny. I asked could my 11 year old hold him he stated no. Why can't I hold something I'm purchasing. I'll never come back here. I purchased at a store in Pineville. Whatever hate you have towards black people, let it go. Store nasty and stinks!!

Angel feels like she just stepped out of the salon thanks to the the PetSmart groomers. I just bought a terrarium, pagoda, and cricket keeper for my green tree frog named Yoda. Jordan and Shelby from the aquarium center help me pick the perfect housing for my baby boy rescue tree frog. I would recommend Jordan and Shelby as employees who have vast knowledge of products available at PetSmart. They also offered me exceptional customer service. They're helping at PetSmart all the pets for adoption. They had me donate inexpensive dog food on their behalf at the register.
