PetSmart

Went to purchase fish today and there is a like a special going on by four get the fifth fish free well when I got to the cash register I was told that is not how it is that the buy four get the fifth fish free is only for specific fish. That is not what the posting on the aquarium state it says all fish I feel like this is false advertisement . therefore, I will not be returning to PetSmart for any of my pet needs in the future. The lady that assisted me to get to collect my fish was wonderful. Just think management needs to step up their game and not post flyer’s that are not true or at least post the accurate flyer and make sure that it’s legible selected fish only.

Just took my dog Griff here for a wash and full groom service. He’s a young pit-doodle who’s not afraid to voice his discomfort, and the groomers here did an AMAZING job with him. I’m so thankful to have a team who handles my sensitive dog wonderfully!

I went in a few days ago to get some fish decor as I was doing a complete redo of my fish tank. Victoria (if I remember her name correctly) saw that I was struggling to find a way to fit everything and also not spend too much money. She spent about 20 minutes with me helping me find everything I needed and giving me great tips. I really appreciated her and it made my day so so much better! Plus my fish are enjoying their new set up :).

I am disgusted with the Weatherford Texas Petsmart. Has not been open since January 24th. Says it is open but isn’t. I got here today the 28th at three pm. Not open. Cannot buy dog food, people behind me had two sick dogs that were supposed to come in for medical needs, turned away. Will not ever be back

Horrible grooming experience. Charges extra for “brushing” even though you pay for a bath and BRUSH. Cut my dogs dew claws and made them bleed (I get it, it happens) but didn’t say a thing to me. I picked her up and she had bright red blood all over her red paw. Meaning they didn’t try to stop it either. They didn’t think to clean it. When I asked what happened they had a horrible attitude like I had no right to ask. My dog is now on antibiotics for an infection and is limping around. She’s a senior dog. We have gone here for years but will never come back. Looks like all the good caring groomers have left.
