Edit : stoped in cuz I was told by multiple people that there was a whites tree frog that has been seen at least 3 times without water , looked dead and shriveled up . I spoke with the manager and the response on why the frog was always out of water is “ we are having problems with our workers “ . Neglect is neglect , not proving water is neglect. They refused to let me take the poor guy off there hands with the lack of care , so I did go ahead and buy him . This place has gone down hill BAD , I’m at my wits end . Went to feed my turtles this morning and 3 ! YES 3 containers of worms just bought dead and moldy ! This has been an on going issue buying dead bugs for my pets . I can’t trust to go pick up food and be able to feed my pets . Also when I do pick up order , I’ll order a 40 lbs bag

Great place. Very caring and they put your pets first. Mary is great to work with and shows her love for animals.

The selections for dogs and cats ir great. Limited selection for more exotic pets like hermit crabs. The store is clean and the staff helpful.

Grooming saloon folks have been grooming my dog all this year now all of a sudden my frenchie gets half groomed half dryed for full price no way to solve this issue talked to management about it no help was told to reschedule it no customer courtesy at all poor customer service will no longer need there services paying for a job thats not done!

I took my Great Pyrenees for the first time and he had mattes. Felicity was his groomer and not only changed what I had booked to a better package that was still in my budget. Tron came out feeling and looking like a new dog. Thank You for your time you put in and care Felicity ❤️
