Worst grooming experience i have ever had. they didn’t complete our service, our husky looks worse than he did when we brought him in. He was scheduled for wash and dry furmination and this is how i picked him up. He literally looks worse than when i brought him in, he’s shedding everywhere and patches of hair are coming out. In order to get a refund, we have to waste more of our time to go in and get it in person. It’s a total joke. we will never use this groomer again.

I didn't get her name but the kind lady who just brought our curbside order out to our car was amazing! (10/25/25, 11:45 am). She showed me things about the app that I had no idea about and I understand the treats program much better now because of her. Extremely grateful! Wonderful customer service. Thank you!

I took my Birdie to Petsmart groomer Amy Reidy and she did a wonderful job on her. She was very calm and not nervous at all. I’ve had problems with my last groomer with razor burn and nicking her to where I’ve had to take her to the vet. She had no problems with Amy at all we will be going back.

We went here to look at the kittens and Taylor was so helpful to us and accommodating despite the store being super busy. He went out of his way to ensure that our adoption process went as smoothly as possible.

Super nice place. Have tons of animals, and fish to look at always. Honestly, the staff are super nice, but if you’re looking for a place with wider options, would 100% going to petco first, and then coming to pet smart as a back up plan. Petco has everything wider options and a more selective fish option. Both places are amazing and staff are super nice. When they have stuff in stock it’s super good to go to. I got my mouse (cutie) from here, so that’s a plus for me!!! Thank you petsmart, you guys are amazing.
