I cannot say enough good things about Gaby, the cat groomer at PetSmart! She is phenomenal and always goes above and beyond when caring for my boys. Her attention to detail and love for animals truly shine through in her work. I feel completely at ease leaving my cats in her capable hands, and they absolutely adore her! While I’m sure the other groomers are skilled as well, Gaby’s professionalism and dedication make her my only choice. Thank you, Gaby, for always taking such great care of my furry family members!

Grooming Gone Wrong Pet owners please read before booking at Petsmart My dog Ace was groomed at this Petsmart and came home with his chest shaved down to the skin, even though I clearly said light trim only and the groomer confirmed he wasn’t matted. This is the second time they’ve ignored my instructions. Ace has been uncomfortable ever since, and I had to buy warm clothing just to keep him safe in the cold. Corporate finally contacted me after two weeks later and denied the incident, despite photos shared. I'm honestly shocked.

Very happy with their grooming service. It's a great alternative to your regular groomer if you need your furbaby looking good in a pinch. Highly recommend Gaby, shes the best!

I had a wonderful visit to the PetSmart at the Shops at Dakota Crossing today with my long-haired mini dachshund, Schnitzel, and it’s always a great experience! The store has everything you’d expect from PetSmart – a dedicated training area, grooming services, a wide selection of food, bedding, leashes, collars, and tons of toys. Schnitzel loves coming in to shop, and the staff here is always so friendly and excited to see him. They make the experience extra special for both of us. As expected, the prices are in line with other PetSmart locations, so I know I'm getting a good deal. Highly recommend this PetSmart for both shopping and a fun outing with your pet!

Terrible experience. This is the PetSmart on Dakota Crossing. They left my dog looking awful. They didn’t finish the service because my dog Milo wasn’t holding still and bit the store manager. However, Milo is an energetic puppy. Milo is only 5 months old, and a bite from a puppy shouldn’t have left him like this. For the store manager to not give us any solution to finish the cut is shows that they don’t care about the customer experience. They wanted $50 for this service, ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! This was also his first cut and they didn’t make any expectations. The store manager, MICHELLE, was very rude and unprofessional. Her tone, body language, and overall mannerism were completely rude and unprofessional. She shouldn’t be the store manager if she can’t handle animals. It felt like a rushe
