PetSmart Veterinary Services - Fayetteville

Dr Torres and staff were very knowledgeable and kind and courteous. They offerred services and information allowing me to make informed choices and what services they would be able to provide if they were needed at a later date. Ronnie, although a bit nervous, was pleased as well. We will definitely be returning for our future Veterinary need.

I was super impressed with this clinic inside the Fayetteville PetSmart. The assistant was so caring and friendly. She was so obviously a pet lover. She was very professional as well. Then Dr Torres came in and he was so warm and caring with my pet as well. He gave a very thorough examination and shared with me everything he found. He ended up prescribing an antibiotic and he completely explained exactly how to administer the meds and gave me syringes that were marked on the correct amount. This place way exceeded my expectations. So happy to find a Veterinarian that I can trust. I will take all of my pets there from now on ever though it is a 40 minute drive from my home.

After taking my dog here for an urgent care visit, it's obvious why there are so many good reviews. Dr. Torres is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. I felt very informed the whole time, both on what was going on with my dog and with pricing (which was very reasonable!) I'm definitely making this my pets' regular vet!

Dr. Torres and his staff are by far one of the best veterinary offices we have used! Dr. Torres takes his time not only with our dog but also with my wife and I answering all our questions. You can tell their office has a real passion and love for animals which isn’t something we have found with other vets in the NW Arkansas area. Thank you Dr. Torres and your amazing staff for taking such good care of our Chloe!

What I truly appreciate is how genuine Dr. Torres is in caring for my pets every single time. I always feel heard and never taken advantage of. This vet is the opposite of money-hungry... Dr. Torres provides practical diagnoses, thoroughly explains everything, and focuses on truly treating the issue. I also love that they’re available on weekends.
