I’ve had such a wonderful experience at this location. It all started when my 2 girls wanted guinea pigs. Because an online search said that they are not sold in NY, we took a trip to this location. Although I did return the 2 little piggies 2 weeks later, while I was shopping for them at PetSmart, I was given so much help from the manager! I wish I knew her name. I couldn’t believe how well she assisted me. I didn’t even know she was the manager until I went to return the little piggies who were so cute, funny, remarkable, active and friendly. And I returned them because they poop about 300 times a day! No kidding! And remember, I had two of them. The manager did warn me about getting two, and my girls kept begging for them. But because of how much they poop, I couldn’t do it anymore. Now

PetSmart got great customer service and the staff is very helpful. Even the guys stocking the stores know how to help you get what you want . Them kitty's was frisky in parrots was talking my head off 😻🙀🐈🐈‍⬛️🙀😻 🐦🐦‍⬛🐦

Line going around the corner and it doesn’t look like the manager is going to do anything. She’s walking back-and-forth and another girl with long blonde hair is scrolling through social media in the office. If she’s on break, then the door should be closed because the perception is that they don’t care about the customers in the store

I recently brought my dog, a mini Golden doodle in for a grooming session and had a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable leaving my dog there for the first time. The team was attentive to both me and my dog. Jules listened to my grooming preferences, and ensured she understood exactly what I wanted. When I picked up my dog, I was thrilled with the results! Leo looked amazing. Jules did a great job. I also appreciated how quickly I was able to get an appointment and how quickly the grooming was done—my dog wasn’t there for too long. The prices were reasonable for the quality of service, and I felt that the value was well worth it. Overall, I highly recommend PetSmart, Green Acres Mall for anyone looking for reliable and quality dog gro
