Very happy with the grooming services and specifically Jessica! She does an amazing job with our dog and is kind, gentle, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of for our little love. The prices are great and better than other comparable companies in town. Everything is very streamlined and you can make an appointment online and pay the same way so you can just grab your pup and go. I wish the store prices were a little more in line with what I can get elsewhere so it could be one stop shopping.
Always a good experience here. As soon as you come in the door they welcome you and are friendly. As I’ve never had a bad encounter with staff. I usually go here just for cat food and cat litter but the selection is seemingly never ending. They also have a play area for dogs as well as a pet grooming center. Another thing I notice here are frequent deals and discounts on items. I tried to capture everything they have in photos and videos so that you can see if they have what you like.
If you are in the market for a new groomer, be sure to check out PetSmart! I always have a wonderful experience at PetSmart grooming. The staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about the well-being of my pet, and groomer Emily ALWAYS takes the time to listen to my requests and ensures my dog Phoebe is comfortable throughout the process. When I picked Phoebe up, she looked and smelled amazing — and she seemed so happy! I truly appreciate the care and attention they give. I highly recommend their grooming services to any pet parent seeking a reliable and compassionate team.
I wish I could give 0 stars but I can’t. I dropped my dog off for a grooming appointment this morning and she was completely fine, running around like how a happy dog is supposed to act, she came back limping… DO NOT COME HERE FOR A GROOMING APPOINTMENT YOUR DOG WILL RETURN INJURED!!!
Everyone who works here is very pleasant! I am looking for pet friendly ice melt. This was the 3rd store I went to with the same outcome. All out and no idea when more is going to arrive.
