I got my hermit crabs here. The staff was very friendly and greeted us as we walked in. The lady who helped me with my crabs was very knowledgeable. Their prices are very good on hermit crabs.

This store smells so bad, the enclosures are disgusting, half the fish are dead rotting in the aquariums , the poor bettas are dying and have disgusting brown water. The old lady employee was rude as fudge. 10/10 don’t recommend this store, the petsmart on Apalachee Parkway is way better!

Beck is absolutely wonderful. I brought my son a reptile and Beck took the time to inform me of everything to do and not to do. Beck was not only informative but patience with me as I ask many questions. Thank you Beck!

I love this PerSmart. Always spot on service and I don't have to search for staff to help me. The GM Derrick is great and runs a great store. Keep up the good work. My only gripe is high prices, but who isn't expensive these days. This store always has a nice selection of clearance stuff, however so that can help.

Never been before but the manager at the time was very friendly. Listened and offered help even though I was just checking out the store. Quite and tons of options. Tons of toys and food seemed like for every pet. Wide open floor plan and could see everything.
