I went to PetSmart grooming at Azalea Square. First they called cause I booked the appointment online. This was my first time using the service. The groomer whom called me was very in tune with my pets need. She asked me lots of questions about the dog and the care I wanted her to have.Confirmed the appointment and went in. First time ever I have been to a grooming salon where it did not smell. I was happy. Every single groomer greeted me with pleasantry and a smile. Asked me exactly what was needed and felt very comfortable.They did not try to sell me anything and were very clear with everything.I received a phone call when she was ready. We had an amazing experience at PetSmart! Kayla helped us pick out everything we needed for our pets and was incredibly informative and patient. Irene also jumped in with great suggestions and really knew her stuff. And Cat was awesome when it came to helping us save money and recommending the best options. These girls were all so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. You can tell they truly care about the animals and their customers. We’re beyond thankful for their help—this kind of customer service is rare and very much appreciated! Highly recommend this location 👏🐶🐱

I picked up a bag of dog food from the bottom shelf soaked in piss. Looked for the closest associate to help me, as now it’s on my clothes and still on the bag…. And was told the best she could do is tell me to wash my hands in the bathroom. Not to mention I get to the check out and there is only one person with a line of at least 12 people waiting. I won’t be back, I can go to tractor supply and find better service and cleaner stores. Pet store or not, stuff shouldn’t be soaked in piss.

The workers are rude. Very selective on who they help etc. The plus size lady with the brown hair in the cat section has a very nasty attitude I stood there looking at kittens for a while, but once she seen two other girls looking at the kittens as well. She comes out the office & approaches them with a quickness asking if they need help etc, ignoring me in the process. I’d take my business else where if I were you
