The people at this location need to be more knowledgeable and friendly about their product. There need to be multiple doctors at the banfield hospital or medical center at dislocation .The people they have there currently are disrespectful they don't take time to listen or get to know the animal. They just want to demand and treat you like, you know, nothing about your own pet

I took my dog (GSP breed) to get groomed here. I usually do it myself but I recently moved and don’t have the ability to do it now. It was my first time taking him here and I was very pleased. They did such a good job bathing and trimming his nails. I also requested the furminator to be used for shedding and they did such a phenomenal job. I will definitely be bringing my dog back here!

I go here on a regular basis. I also use the Banfield Hospital for my pets. I love to go and see pet for adoption on the weekend. I highly recommend this store. They even match their online prices in the store. I got large metal crate for my baby Pitbull for $ 40.00 because the matched the online price. This is still a wonderful place to shop for fur babies. It was open on Easter also.

Their website offers “walk in services” however when I walked in for a nail trim they immediately asked if I had called beforehand which I had not. I was told that they would not be able to fit me in until Saturday and that I should call before coming in which is contradictory to what is posted on their website. Overall rude staff today.
