I was very pleased with the grooming appointment with Elizabeth for my 2 huskies! They were shedding like crazy and really needed a good bath and deshedding. They came out of their appointment looking fantastic and smelled amazing! I will definitely be returning! Thank you Elizabeth for taking care of my girls! They seemed very happy when I picked them up and I was definitely a happy dog mom! They also loved their pumpkin toys they received as part of the fall special!

After having to restart our intermediate program because of my puppy getting in heat and the teacher having to work with me and my scheduling issues we finally graduated this class! Lina was amazing, patient and gave positive reinforcement for us in our classes. The manager staff was always helpful even though they are busy and appear to be understaffed but are very kind!

I have been getting my small rescue dog groomed here for a few years, and am usually satisfied with the results and the various groomers. Yesterday, I took him to get groomed with Kali, and was Exceptionally Pleased. Not only did he look great, but she provided excellent customer service. My pup is a senior with some very specific challenges and quirks, so I always worry when leaving him with anyone. Kali listened to my concerns and took them seriously, which means the world to me, so that I could be comfortable knowing my pup will be safe and have a pleasant experience. I had put off the groom for a while due to nerves. Will definitely try to book my pups grooming with her in the future. Thank you Kali for taking care of my baby Sunny!

So disappointed in PetSmart in Statesville, North Carolina. I went there to adopt a kitten which they didn’t have but they didn’t have a three month old little boy so I took him. They found to tell me that this cat was caught from the woods next to them and was extremely feral. I brought the kitten or a cat home and I have not seen it in three days. It has not meowed. I don’t even think it’s seen its own shadow to be honest. I called PetSmart and told them this situation and they said there was nothing they could do and to come out eventually it could take up to 2 to 3 months. This is ridiculous. I told them. I don’t want a six month old cat. I want a kitten they will not give me a refund and they will not switch out the cat poor business and let’s not forget that I purchased $50 worth of

I didn’t realize how pleased I would be with the grooming offered by PetSmart. My cavapoo loves coming! All of the groomers are so easy to talk to and work with. And they do such a great job!
