This review isn't for PetSmart as a whole, but rather for Paige in the grooming department. I'm confident that she genuinely cares about all animals and does her absolute best to make sure your pet is comfortable and happy. On top of that, she does a fantastic job. All I hope for during a grooming appointment is that my dog is safe. Paige gives you that security and more. I will continue to go to her and I recommend you do as well.

I used to shop with Petco until they never had Nulo wet cat food in stock online. Also, certain cans of cat food have to be bought in 8 cans of more. Since switching to PetSmart I haven't had a problem finding any item I need. I usually order online since the closest store is 50 minutes away. Once a month or so I order a 40 pound bag of cat litter and various cans of food. Well with one order someone put the heavy litter inside a big box on top of the cans of food. When I found it on the porch the box had holes all over and litter was leaking out. Needless to say many of the cans and the packaged treat pouches were busted or dented. Called them they sent new litter and new food. It was a huge mess. Well it happened again on my next order, but the litter wasn't busted. This time I didn't wa

Today I had taken my great pyranese to be groomed with specific instructions do not shave her. She is an outdoor dog who prefers to be outside so she needs the added protection due to the fact we live on a farm. I pick her up and they shaved her whole back end. I would not give a one star but apparently you have too. Now I have taken her to this pet smart before with no issues. I also know that she had a lot of knots on her tail and hind legs but when you request your dog not to be shaved you do not shave if that was the only recourse I should have been notified but was not. And the tip I provided was before I knew she had been shaved.

I drive 35 miles to get my dog groomed. Cancelled my appointment morning of. Not using Pet Smart again. Refused to fit her in after I drove over for appointment. Not easy to work with

To Whom It May Concern, I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback regarding the recent policy requiring customers to present a physical paper copy of a prescription in order to purchase certain cat foods. I fully understand that PetSmart must follow guidelines to ensure prescription products are dispensed appropriately. However, the requirement to bring a paper script each time has created some challenges for me personally, as I do not always have the physical document with me when I need to make a purchase. This has made the process more difficult and less convenient than it has been in the past because when I’m running errands and decide to stop by and grab pet food but do not have the script with me.
