PetSmart

On 12/10/2025 I took my Labrador retriever, Paddy, for a grooming service at the North Division store in Spokane. I travel for work a lot, and have been taking all four of my dogs to PetSmart for for grooming services for over a decade now, I have personally been to multiple stores with multiple groomers, and I have had mixed experiences with each, having spent literally thousands and thousands of dollars at your groomers. Charlotte L at the North Division PetSmart store did such a fantastic job grooming my full size Labrador retriever, Paddy, that I am absolutely taken by surprise, and I am so appreciative. My dog looked and felt the best she has in over a decade of taking her to be groomed, from multiple PetSmart locations across the entire Pacific Northwest area, from Seattle to Oreg

They have never met me or my daisy, and they treated us like we were family. I am very pleased with their service.

I want to be clear this review is not about the PetSmart store itself, but about the SpokAnimal representative who was present in the cat adoption room. My family and I went in to look at the adoptable cats and the experience was unfortunately very unwelcoming. The representative was sitting inside the small cat room with a friend, taking up much of the limited space and upon entering the room we were never greeted and immediately it felt as though we were unwanted. When I opened a cage to pet a cat (which made the normal metal sound these cages make), I was immediately scolded for making noise. After I apologized, there was no response, and the interaction felt uncomfortable. When I tried to move through the room to see other cats, the walkway was blocked and no effort was made to allow

I came here with my girlfriend we were thinking about adopting a dog when we went in there they all started barking at us we didn't see anything we were interested in. Then I kinda felt bad for those dogs being locked up in there. I bought a bearded dragon here they are good lizards and they like to eat wasps. I bought some fish here too they have a good selection.

Excellent customer service every time. My Kitty Clark Kent loves his shopping trips with me. Extra pets are always welcome anytime.
