I am absolutely impressed! Came in with some knowledge on my fish tank but needed some extra help desperately! Maddie was so kind and helpful she spent almost hour and half with me telling me everything I needed and what I don’t need. She explained what you need the items for and listened to my questions and concerns. She made sure to tell me everything I needed to know and made sure I got a container to test my water. (Which I went back to do!”). You can definitely tell she cares for the animals and wants to make sure everyone knows what they need and are doing the right things.

I normally shop at Petco and have subscriptions online, but I needed some fish. Their fish/aquarium department is much better than some of the others I have visited in town. Their fish are regularly stocked and they have a good selection. I have a pond and will get the fish that are getting too big for the store tanks or take the Koi/goldfish that have some type of deformity. They are always amazing and the young girl who works in that department is very kind and knowledgeable.

I’ve been here multiple times with my golden retrievers. Unfortunately, it only takes one really bad experience to ruin it. I asked the groomer Autumn for a summer trim/cut. Never in my words did I say, shave. She shaved my golden retriever….which is crazy! His beautiful feathering, gone. He looks like he’s going into surgery! Who would think this looks good? I can’t believe anyone would shave a golden retriever like that. I cried the whole way home. When I called the manager they apologized, noted the account to not have the same groomer, and to never shave my dogs. I was shocked they didn’t offer to refund the service. Poor customer service. Love this shop the others across the reno sparks area are not as friendly and helpful. This store has staff that feel genuine concern or interest in your pets. For me I've been getting pit bull advice from the cashiers, that was the same advice I paid almost $300 for a vet bill to tell me what the cashier told me a week in advance. All around great staff and prices on every thing. They toy selection could be greater, but it offers great options for all. They one negative is they dont carry any toys except for Playology and Kong, that withstand extreme chewing dogs. Over 5 out of 5 for the experience

Booked an appointment for Mochi to get a bath and a haircut and the groomer Cyclary B. was very sweet and professional, and my dog came out looking and smelling amazing. She took great care of him, and I appreciated the attention to detail. I highly recommend her!
