PetSmart

The people who work here are great they’re nice. They’re helpful. The place is clean, but the fish are not healthy. This is the second time we have brought fish home from PetSmart and they have killed every single fish that we’re living in our current fish tank. This is unacceptable and easily avoidable.

The kittens here up for adoption are sick. They all have what seem to be eye infections along with litter packed into their paws. I called pet smarts customer line as well as the agency to no avail. I’m sharing these pictures to show the condition they have these kittens in. Mind you in the entire time I was in the store not once did anyone check the kittens or refill their food that was empty.

They did a fantastic job on trimming my golden retrievers. They really freshened them up into new dogs. They were so happy after getting their trimmings. Claws were cutback just right. I hope Petsmart recognizes and rewards their employees considering the amount of other groomers in the area.

Becki is the most genuine Groomer around! She is amazing and quick! Upon arrival, Becki and her colleague greeted me with a smile! Welcoming my cat and I. The place is clean and organized. Becki explained in detail the process of what she was going to do. Her communication is clear and understanding. She verified all my information and treated my cat like a princess. I watched a little bit how she handled her. She was gentle, quick and looked like it was calming. Becki called me immediately when she was done and explained the charges. I’m quite satisfied and the experience superseded my expectations. We will be coming back!
