PetSmart

I do not like PetSmart anymore they never want to get fish in that people actually want to buy the only want to give you Guppies and patties and all the normal things I want some Pearl gouramis and I can't get them they won't even let me order them and have them sit to the store so I'm over at PetSmart from now on I will go to Oklahoma City or Norman or wherever I have to go to get the fish that I want and PetSmart can just say bye-bye to my money anyway and I buy a lot of fish fish supply fish food anything to do with aquariums and fish I buy lots and lots of it they trust me they will be losing quite a bit of money from my pocket! I took my dog Max to PetSmart for grooming services Saturday July 26th at 7AM. My brother picked him up a few hours later because I was at work. when I got home I was devastated to see the hack job that was done on my dog. It looks like toddlers went to town on him with a pair of scissors. This is unacceptable I was charged $138 for this. I don’t know why they shaved my dogs legs. I can’t even begin to comprehend what the groomer was thinking.

Loved walking in and seeing the angle tree because this is a great way to help out and around this time of the year we sometimes don't remember just how many animals out there really need our help. Please take a minute to see what is on their wishlist even if you can't adopt one of them maybe you can still get a few things from their wishlist. Plus Santa pictures! How cute, I think it's great that they are going to be doing that.

Completely toxic fish handlers, they feel as if they are above people and can play dictator to you because the fish they keep in a 8" by 8" box they keep fish trapped in all week "wouldnt be happy" in my 150 gallon tank? I cannot stand when an older woman with menopause decides to ruin the day of two young girls by calling them "evil pet owners" just because they liked looking at the pretty colors of beta that were on display. Then when confronted about the fact she was EXTREMELY rude even the corporate phone call I had was met with apologies and an excuse that "we dont have the ability to replace problem individuals" this petsmart is pathetic and its roster needs to honestly be completely refreshed

The grooming service here is great. Little on the expensive side, but what isnt these days. Highly recommend Anastasia, was is great and our furbaby seems to do well with her.
