Had my 7 year old dog groomed/bathed for the first time tonight - typically I bath him myself but am very pregnant and thought it would be helpful to try Petsmart grooming. They took great care of my Tucker and were so sweet to him!! He left smelling amazing, super soft, and looking great! I’m very happy with my experience and how sweet they were to him! I will be coming back! Thanks for being so good to Tucker! 💕

I am absolutely shattered writing this. Every morning since that day, I wake up crying, wishing I had never trusted this place!!! When I bought my conure from this Petsmart- I asked the employee what food they were feeding him in the store — because I wanted to keep everything the same for my new baby. Instead, she told me to switch to what she called a “better, more nutritious” diet and recommended larger Higgins seeds since he liked sunflower seeds. Me thinking they knew better and thinking I could trust them. I took her advice and bought the Higgins VitaSeed that same day. I wish more than anything I hadn’t. Less than 48 hours later, my sweet baby was gone...... apparently he choked from the seeds that YOU recommended. ...I can’t describe the pain and guilt I feel. I replay everything

My visit to PetSmart was fantastic. The store was spacious and easy to navigate, with well-stocked sections for every type of pet. I loved the variety in the dog and cat sections, especially the unique toys and grooming supplies. The aquatics section was impressive, with clear tanks and lots of cool fish. The staff was super helpful and friendly, offering great advice. The small pets and birds sections showed real care for the animals. Shoutout to the “Welcome to Petsmart” every time I enter 👋

I made an appointment for 6pm for grooming because that was the only appointment that worked with my day. I get an email saying that they canceled my appointment because they needed more time with my dog because she doesn’t like the blow dryer. The manager tried to justify every which way she could for not keeping the appointment. Absolutely ridiculous! The manager needs more training on how to make it right for the customer. Do better PetsMart!

PetSmart Sewell, NJ – Extremely Disappointed I ordered an Autoship of 48 cans of Hill’s Science Diet cat food, and what arrived was a mess — a box full of loose, dented cans. When I opened several of them, the food was discolored; it’s normally pink, but these were gray. I contacted PetSmart and was told to donate the food to a shelter — which I found appalling, as it’s not okay to give potentially spoiled food to animals anywhere. They did send a replacement, and I decided to give them another chance, assuming it was a one-time issue. Unfortunately, this month it happened again. To make matters worse, eight of the cans were half the size of what I ordered. After two bad experiences in a row, I’ve lost confidence in their quality control and shipping standards.
