PetSmart

This is for grooming by Vyrah - she gave my dog a bath and haircut, and did an excellent job. My dog is soft and clean, the cut is perfect, and my dog was in good spirits when I picked her up. My dog can be difficult, so I was really happy she seemed to have a good experience. A++++

Such kind and helpful ladies working at this PetSmart. They all have helped me multiple times. There was some issues with my rewards not getting updated to my account. Maya and other ladies looked it up and kept trying until they didn’t get it right. They could have just told me to figure it out with the customer care but they didn’t. I really appreciate such people in the customer service industry, you ladies are the best. Thank you. PS: They also price match with their website, which always helps.

I always love this store..... My dog Redd and I are here often. We love the staff, we love the vibe. They are not in your face and constantly looking at you like you're doing something wrong while shopping, and are very approachable. You guys are awesome keep it up!!!!

I have never been to petsmart before and am close to this one now. Id like to thank Roxy. I believe that is her name. Younger lady. Really wonderful. I placed an online order and got there early because I’d forgotten to get a harness for one of the dogs. I’d had chemo the day before and she was so helpful(I didn’t say it) and she put on the one she’d picked out. He has always gotten out of them before but the one she picked is great. She was truly so nice and kind and helpful. While she assisted me and beans another employee bagged all my order. Thank you again you have some great employees.

WATCH OUT FOR THIS STORE’S SCAM I just got a new puppy a bit ago and the cashier started scanning a “coupon” book saying it would save me money, little did I know the book is $20!! She neglected to tell me that and charged me for it! Terrible way to do business and others watch out for these liars!! They also won’t stop pushing their app, the tall lady with the blonde hair wouldn’t stop talking about “activating” the offers. Leave me out of your corporate quotas.
