Went to return 2 new unopened Gentle Leader collars was told after 60 days receipts start to get removed from the system. There were only two receipts in the system on my account that should have at least 50. I had the card I used to purchase the items but was told that could not be used. So due to this really poor return policy they will lose at least $1000/ yr of business from me. There's too much competition to have this anti customer service policy.. it's really Pet-Stupid

I brought my dog in , 2nd visit. This time was just for nail trimming. I think the girl was unsure about Benny. The nail trimming Looked almost the same as when he went in. The first time was for a bath, drying and nails trimmed. That visit was perfect, 2nd however not so good. My dog's name is Benny.

Went in and could not see the reptile i was going to buy. He told me they were jumpy and I said I understand im a local breeder and I own the business on my shirt id like to look at it more closely and he ignored me. Then my girlfriend gets to the counter and they had catfood marked incorrectly so we ended up leaving with a quarter of the crickets we needed and a sour taste in our mouths. I will never spend a dime at this store

Very friendly and knowledgeable. I was talking to one of the staff about tarantula I was buying and she was great. Told me everything I needed without over selling. I also took my baby girl Miss Maya to see Santa.

Very helpful personnel. I brought my 7yo grandson to buy crickets for his lizard.( parents out of town). Neither of us knew what we were doing. They very kindly led us to the back of the store and patiently answered our questions. Very grateful
