PetSmart

I purchased this for my adult male cat. To hydrate him. I have 2 cats and 1 is a vacuum on anything at anytime and 1 is very picky. This second cat (the vacuum) would not touch this at ALL is a huge red flag. For a while I have been buying Purina pro plan plus Hydra care in the pouch. But I had to purchase authority hydration support what a huge mistake. For weeks all stores keep telling me the purina pro plan hydration pouch it's out of stock, so I bought this what a huge mistake for 2 reasons #1 my vacuum won't touch it. #2 PetSmart doesn't honor the refund policy AT ALL. I BOUGHT 8 OF THESE AND TRIED TO RETURN 7 (1 GOT USED) I DO NOT HAVE ACCOUNT WITH PETSMART, I MADE THE PURCHASE WITH MY CC, NO NAME OR NO INFORMATION DURING PURCHASE. 2 EMPLOYEES TOLD ME THAT WITH OR WITHOUT ME GIV

My dog was groomed earlier this month and came home with a burn from the clippers on his inner lower leg. They never told me about it when I picked him up. When I called the groomer tried to tell me it was there when I brought him in, which I would have noticed. It was definitely not a hot spot because my dog didn't lick it and it has not spread. There was also a scratch like cut just above his nose. I have had my dogs groomed at Petsmart for almost 25 years between Latham and the one I have used the most and where this incident occurred on Balltown Rd and never had any groomer not told

My family and I came in today looking for a decent to large bird cage for a bird we were very interested in at Petsmart. We were hoping to take home a Green cheeked Conure. The 'animal specialist' at Petsmart continuously strongly advised on my family and I from getting the largest cage available by Petsmart as a temporary cage for one bird, (despite the fact the bird would spend a majority of time OUTside of the cage as Conures are very social birds and need the exercise.) We asked her if it would be okay for their largest cage to be a temporary cage for 1-2 days and she said that still wouldn't work as it would stress out the bird since birds fly side to side and not up and down. Ive never felt the need to leave a bad review for a store before but the experience i've had the past two weeks with this petsmart has been wild. Management and employees are flat out rude and unprofessional just bad customer service all around you will stand there waiting for help for over 15 minutes. I was sold a sick animal and while trying to get him better we were tossed all around and there was no communication amongst anyone in the store and they where dishonest with us and wouldn’t provide any vet paperwork for the animal. Also the conditions the animals are kept in are very un cleanly, almost every betta fish was dead just floating in tiny filterless cups, the hermit crabs had mold in their food dishes and the kittens had poop on them with throw up on their blankets. Do NOT take your dog here for grooming. We scheduled an appointment for our newly rescued dog who is nervous in new scenarios. When we got there we told them this. They told us it would be 2-3 hours. After 3 hours we still had not heard anything so drove over to see if she was ready to be picked up. When we arrived the staff said they were "behind" and she hadn't been worked on yet, and it would be at least another hour. So our poor rescued dog from a shelter was sitting in a kennel for 3 hours with no attention, no potty break, etc. Why couldn't they honor our appointment time? We should have known better than to come here. We will be seeking out a local small business instead and encourage everyone else to do the same.
