I just moved to this area and needed a quick, easy groom for my shitzu. I went here hoping for the best, and I’m really happy with everything 5 stars worth! McKenzie took care of my lil doggie Duchess, and was very good all the way around. She talked to me beforehand in detail as far as grooming options etc. She let me take as long as I needed and was very friendly/courteous/professional. She ended up doing a terrific job and I just wish she did people-hair too, cause I’d have her do my next haircut. It was as good as a private, expensive groom, and just $54 which totally rocked! I only tipped her $5, and sorry I couldn’t do pay better than that McKenzie, cause you deserved it, but honestly, I work for the city here and I am super-poor no joke. My husband and I are regular PetSmart customers as we help rescue/foster kitties. We found a little kitten in a parking lot near this PetSmart location and rushed over to grab a few things for the kitty until we were able to head back home. Brianna was working the register and was so sweet and helpful. She was able to help me find a cardboard carrier for the kitty while I shopped for food and treats. I am very thankful for Briannas help. Thank you Brianna ❤️

Stephanie was great! And remarkably, Petsnart grooming is much, much less than the local places. Id rather shop local but when it's a $40 difference with a grooming, this time, Big Box is better.

Manager denied me service at the aquarium because they were within an hour of closing. I stood around at the area at 6:00pm and asked for help at 6:20pm. They close at 7:00pm and it wasn't like there was a line at the checkout. It was pretty dead and the manager was walking around chatting on the phone & sitting in her office. First time checking this location out and it sucks to feel like I don't want to give PetSmart another chance. Will be ordering online at other stores and hopefully PetSmart will drop the Aquarium market all together because it seems like the employees aren't in to it.

Came to get crickets, nobody was by the desk and when an employee did come they just smiled and left without saying a word or asking if i needed them to get something (they have to bag the crickets and write on the bag it’s not something customers are allowed to do themselves) i waited a bit then when nobody else came for me to ask i walked to the registers to ask for assistance and nobody was there. i loudly asked “hello is there anyone working here” and got no response. I guess the expectation is customers to wander around the store aimlessly until they find an employee somewhere in a random aisle? stellar team ya got here.
