My dog Nala and I enjoyed visiting the grooming parlor at the San Marcos Petsmart on Wednesday January 14th for Paws happy hour. The package I chose included have her nails trimmed, paw hair trimmed along with several additional services. Groomers Kenzie and Scarlett were knowledgeable, caring and supportive, as it was our first visit there. Their professionalism put us both at ease and everything went smoothly. I will not hesitate to visit the salon again in the future.

Got my dog groomed and paid 78$. Long hair chihuahua and wanted him shaved.. he is uneven some parts are not even shaved at all. Paid extra to grind his nails down and some were clipped and some claws unclipped. Now he’s limping and have no idea why. I do not recommend them for grooming! And now worried about how they treat the animals.

Doesnt carry items that the south austin store does which is annoying. But after I do my shopping I really enjoy standing in line while the one cashier deals with a customer with a return. Its fun to watch the lone grow as employees walk around and not one of them helps check anyone out.

Quality has really gone down hill. Made a purchase online and picked up at the store and they sold me a damaged product and would return it because I used my loyalty points. They guy with the beard couldn't care less. Worse experience Avoid this store for online shipping

I bought 4 black neon tetras from this PetSmart and they were already sick with ich. After adding them, the disease spread and I lost 6 fish total. I followed proper care and treatment, but the fish did not survive. This was frustrating and expensive. I hope the store improves health checks on their fish to prevent this from happening to others.
