They almost always have what we need. Staff is friendly. One star loss because employees are scarce when you need help. Cashier is constantly off helping because no one else is around. In all fairness, this has occurred in EVERY single PetSmart I've ever been in.

My wife and I have been getting our boys hair groomed here for years and never had any issues. We like coming here due to the fantastic team. Today and the last time we came (which was over a month ago) we have had issues with checking in because of Rose. Our appointment was for 12:30, but she went out of her way to check in every single person that came AFTER us, even though I went in to check in and we were sitting closest to the door. If it happens once it might be a mistake, if it’s happing every time we go then it seems like a micro aggression from her part. This is unacceptable and she needs to do better. We considered not coming back because of this, but our boys love Coral, Misha, Brittany, Althea, and Stella (and the rest of the team) so much. Do better!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I brought my 6 year old golden into the grooming spa on Black Friday and had the worst grooming experience I have ever had out of my 20 years of owning dogs. 4 hours and 10 minutes into the appointment I called to find out the status of my dog and after waiting 4 minutes for someone to finally answer the phone, I receive an attitude! I told them my dogs name and that I dropped her off at 8am (it is now 12:15) and their entire attitude changed once they realized its been OVER 4 HOURS. They check on my god and then tell me she was just put on the table and it should be another 30 to 45 minutes!! I ask why it is taking so long as I have never had an appointment take over 4 hours before and they tell me its because its Black Friday and they over booked... I was

The staff is very knowledgeable about sensitive tummy dog food

Stella does such an amazing job with our two very large dogs. I can't say enough about what a great job she does. Highly recommend!!
