PetSmart

This is now the 2nd time I have randomly bought dog food from this petsmart and have found meal moths in it and it was the same brand Purina dog food but the puppy chow, they only allow a new bag not your money back, why would I want another bag from a store that has a moth problem getting in the food. Please inspect your dog food everyone before feeding it to your pets.

The usual. Decent selection. Good customer service ( i was approached and asked if I needed help with anything by a gentleman who worked there). Id really like the prices of shavings/bedding to come down.

Today I visited with my family to stock up of our pet supplies. We waited in line with our stuff, talking about the dog treats we chose, I notice that the family ahead of us have left and our cashier that was helping them with there online order was gone. I look around and notice that register 2 is open. I look up at our register and see that the light is off on register 1. Has it always been off or did she turn it off when she left. Idk but why would she let us know that the family ahead of us were her last customer and she was closed. Why didnt she asks us to move to register 2. Why would she just leave and leave us standing there. I can admit that we didnt notice if the register was open but did we deserve to be treated that way. This experience put me off this location. I'll be staying

ONLY BECAUSE I HAVE TO LEAVE A STAR TO WRITE A REVIEW YALL GOT ONE😡 COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY IF MY DOG WAS MATTED TO THE POINT WHERE YOU HAD TO SHAVE HER LIKE A SPHINX CAT THEN YOU COULD OF CALLED ME! I KNOW AHE WASNT THAT BAD TO WHERE YOU HAD TO SHAVE HER ALL OFF LIKE THIS!

I would like to acknowledge and thank Edna for the wonderful job she is doing in the dog training area. Peanut Butter just graduated from the intermediate block and is now in the advanced training class. We both have learned so much from her!
