Amazing service from the groomers! Took my dog to get a haircut/bath, and Jess was excellent— so attentive with details and so pleasant! All in the groomers area were so kind and helpful! Besides some unnecessary sarcasm from a cashier in the retail section (I get it, never enjoyed my time working retail either, ha-ha), I am so happy with the services and environment here!

I brought my pet Thunder here for a bath today, and it was such a wonderful experience! The staff Christina were not only professional but also incredibly patient and caring with every pet. From reception to bathing, you could truly feel their dedication and love for animals. My dog is usually quite timid, but she felt very relaxed here. After the bath, they even added an adorable red bow, which was such a thoughtful touch! Thank you to the amazing staff here. My pet is not only clean but also looks so happy. I highly recommend this place to all pet owners who want their furry friends to be treated with kindness and care.

I bought a bag of dog food that ended up having an infestation of maggots in it, and it’s not the entire reason for the review. I got a new food that was more expensive. When I got rung up, a gentleman with glasses and shorter hair helped me out had me sign up for something so I could get a $10 coupon for the purchase. Sweet, offsets the price. It took a while to get set up, but we got there. When I get home, I see the food has maggots or something in it. Stop by again to return the food, and there’s a new gentleman, he has long hair and makeup. As I walk to get the new food, he stops to tell me that I need to drop off the old food for the exchange, that I cannot take it further into the store. Fair enough. I will never buy dog food from this location anymore. Been going here for years until recently because of its horrible quality of food. First time I bought a bag of dry food.. guess what after I opened it… full of bugs (ew!? Do they not check the products for quality control??) Returned it. Next incident.. bought wet food.. i knew it was bad quality when my dog got super ill from eating it the morning after. Mind you my dog was well before the incident and had eaten that same wet food before without problem and he never eats anything bad as I am very careful with my dog’s diet. I had to take him to the vet because he was trembling and thew up so much. Horrible and super scary experience. DO NOT RECCOMMEND this store. My mom purchased two dog grooming coupons for petsmarts first time customers special and had to pay in advance total was over $160 online. She brought in the dogs to get groomed for their sheduled appointments on 11/17/25. The ladies at the grooming service were very kind,Jenna J was very nice & professional (5 stars for Jenna only). Her dogs werent canidates for the grooming services she had purchased online therefor she needed to get refunded for the services. The store manager Malachi Peace and their second store manager whom is a female named Jane??... told her that her refund would be expected in 3-5 business days for the $160 grooming service she purchased online this was on 11/17/25.
