This is one of the best PetSmarts I have ever been to! I have visited multiple PetSmarts all over NJ, and hands down this one surpasses them all. The store associates are super friendly and treat my dog, Teddy, so well. I am very picky and overprotective when it comes to my dog, Teddy, because our fur babies deserve the best. If I do not have Teddy with me, the cashiers will ask about him, which I think is so sweet and shows they truly care. They also give Teddy high-quality treats. As you can imagine, I am very careful of what I feed my dog, so I love that I do not have to worry about what he is consuming. There are a couple of specific employees that I want to mention by name that go above and beyond. First, the store’s manager, Liyah (please forgive me if I spelled your name wrong), is
I have to say Jenn & Cierra in the grooming department are top notch ! I took my mom's senior dog in for her nails & both Jenn & Cierra were so caring and gentle. We got talking about dogs and I told them about my golden doodles & they recommend me some products & hair trimming suggestions . I was very pleased with my experience & we will continue to use them .
Shout out to Leah for helping us get our gecko girl stormy settled and in the correct enclosure. Great to have knowledgeable staff so close to home.
Great if you need any pet supplies or even if you’re a barber and you need some clippers, they got them there too
Kyrine, was not who I asked 4 to groom my dog, but it worked out 4 the best 4 me and for her . When I picked here up kyrine had done such an amazing job I feel that it was the universe putting her in my path. It was ment to happen this way. KYRINE THANK U SO MUCH. 💓 she's they girl to go to, and yes can't wait know to book with her 4 my other 5 toy poodles.
