Staff is very hit or miss, worse more so lately. First they said no crickets after 8:30pm but now its 8pm. Store animals are not always in correct size enclosures even when they haven't been sold, especially the exotic species. Variety of stock is limited. We've started going to other stores more often for items we need locally.

The groomers butchered my dog, shaved his body, and didn’t touch his ears or feet. I can’t even figure out how to fix his tail so it doesn’t look absolutely ridiculous. But when I asked about it, the groomer was rude and dismissive of my concerns. Don’t take your babies here.

Two stars for the cashiers and the other two young ladies who’ve helped us establish our aquarium for being friendly and awesome. However, on Monday, mid afternoon, and Wednesday afternoon (to exchange the two fish that died), I was met with an unhelpful, rude and dismissive fish attendant. Literally, her answer to every question was “You’ll be fine, it’ll be fine.” Can you test my water quality please? “Not needed, it’ll be fine.” Oh, ok, just want to make sure we are doing this right, it’s our first tank, kids are super excited. Do these fish mix well together or should I get different ones? “Doesn’t matter, you’ll be fine.” What fish food should I use? “Anything, they’ll be fine.” She refused to test my water, something her colleague offered just the day before, got the wrong number of

Thank you Laura for your insight and patience. We are loving our little furry friend now named "Yoshi" and he seems quite happy with us. Everyone at the store was so helpful and the selection is great.

I count on this Petsmart location. My cat is healthier because of the supplies and helpful staff. Thanks to the nice gentleman who helped me with 10 lbs of cat food. This location employs super staff & attracts great customers!
