Took my dogs here for grooming after my old dog groomer retired. Korissa was very good with both of my dogs that tend to get nervous around new people. She did a great job with both of their hair cuts. I'll be bringing my dogs here from now on.

Terrible customer service by the grooming center. Loretta, older lady with short hair has no sense of good customer service. We made the appt for our dog to get groomed. My mom joined me. Waited for 20+ minutes to get checked in. And once we got in, Loretta straight up started asking questions without letting us talk. So we waited more than 40 minutes there all to just be told by Loretta that she will not cut our dogs hair because he was matted and it put her in danger as well as my dog. The only attempted action by Loretta was caress my dog’s foot and my dogs reaction was to move his foot away. We've taken my dog here for grooming for a long time, and it's usually just fine. I'm not sure if we ended up with someone new or something but this haircut is so awful that I have to leave this review. Not only are her ears/head/face/back/tail completely different lengths, but it's uneven with little tufts on her back, legs, and chest. I used to groom her myself from time to time, and this is SIGNIFICANTLY worse than the admittedly poor job I'd do. My dog looks like Al Sharpton. I don't even want to take her out in public. What the hell???

Got the princess puppy some yummy delicious treats. Parking was ample for the Holidays Seasons, Lines went very quickly, plenty of cashier's. We parked CIA style around in the back parking lot. If you're a savvy Google Maps operator you'll have no problem finding the sweet spots. Easy on easy out.
