I use PetSmart to get my Chocolate Yorkie’s hair cut. I prefer the one on Emory Rd in Powell. She did an awesome job with my dogs haircut!

The PetSmart on Emory Road in Powell has a lot of inaccurate bar codes right now. What it says on the toy or treat does not match the receipt. They also are running a bait and switch on the toy special. I bought several of the indestructible dog toys ….enough to get two free. They are not cheap. Then I went to the cat section and bought two cheaper catnip toys. Those were the two they chose to be free. The treats were buy four get one free but when I looked at the receipt the price was more than double what it said on the shelf. So check your barcodes before you check out and check your receipt before you leave the store. I am posting 12-21-25. I will say the person doing the checkout was very nice. I didn’t discover this until I got home. I think in total they ripped me off $30 or more

They always have everything we need and they have a wide variety of toys and treats for our kitties and our puppy. Our puppy loves to visit because the sweet employees give him lots of pets! I love that they stock certain things down low so our puppy can sniff everything out and choose his own treats.

First time visiting. Went for aquatic plants and a new tank. Found a nice new tank, but was very disappointed in the plants. I noticed they had half the selection 50% off, the plants on sale were dead or near dead. I bought four that were not on sale, after opening the packages only one of the plants are good condition. Saving two of them may be possible, but the fourth plant was dead. I was unable to see the entire plant due to the size of the container upon buying. Do not recommend buying any aquatic plants from this location. The lady who checked me out was not very friendly, maybe she was having a bad day due to how incredibly busy the store was. It was hard to even move around without bumping into someone.
