Our Happy Valley Petsmart is a wonderful place to get treats for my Lab (Elsie). The store is laid out in an intuitive way and the the staff is always friendly and helpful 😀 Thank you!

I brought my 4-month-old miniature poodle to PetSmart for a grooming appointment, and I am extremely disappointed with the results. Instead of a clean, neat cut appropriate for a young poodle, his fur was completely butchered. The groomer cut far too much off, leaving my puppy’s coat uneven and nothing like what I asked for. At only 4 months old, this was his very first haircut, and it should have been a gentle, careful experience—not a disaster. Not only does he look nothing like he should, but the cut shows a lack of skill and attention to detail. I trusted PetSmart to handle my puppy with care, but I walked away feeling frustrated and heartbroken. This was not the professional grooming service I expected. The staff were really friendly! Make sure to check online for the price and they will honor that at the checkout. I also had a staff who told me about a deal that I wasn't aware of and it got me $10 store credit. I would definitely shop at this Petsmart again!

I'm new to Portland - found my PetSmart and Courtney who works in the grooming department. What an angel! I didn't realize Portland had such a bad flea problem. Courtney was so helpful took me to the various places in the store and talk to me about the different products that would help. Thank you Courtney! You were so professional and kind I really appreciate you!

Karina did an amazing job on the love of my life. I've never been so appreciative. Just know, if Karina is your groomer, you'll be very happy.
