I needed a specific flea and tick medication for my cat and they had it in stock which is rare. The store was easy to navigate and the staff were very helpful assisting me.

They are terrible they can’t wait to find a reason to cancel appointments because they are short staffed. Diane canceled my dog’s appointment because they had an old note in the computer saying that my dog has a tooth infection only I didn’t get the message because they had two phone numbers in the system and when I asked her to change my phone number because she probably left a message on my old number she said with a rude tone that she doesn’t have time to do it and immediately called the manager and then started to talk to the customer that came after me, totally ignoring me. When Peter, the manager came in, a woman that was there doing absolutely nothing finally changed my number. They are very lazy and rude! I will never go there! I’m deeply disappointed and saddened by my recent visit to this pet store. Upon entering the aquatic section, I noticed two deceased fish — a betta in a cup and a goldfish in a tank — that looked like they had been dead for days, not hours. I searched for staff on the floor but couldn’t find anyone. When I finally asked the cashier for help, she was noticeably unfriendly and dismissive. Eventually, a manager arrived, and I pointed out the dead fish. Her response was that they perform a “dead fish sweep” every night. If that’s true, there’s no excuse for the obvious neglect — these fish had clearly been there for much longer than 24 hours. Another staff member, who claimed to be a “fish expert,” was shockingly unbothered and admitted she was responsible for the tanks, yet showed no concern

We use this location for there grooming services. The staff is always friendly, the do a good job on the grooming and the store carries our brand of choice for our dogs.

We are so grateful for the groomers at Petsmart in PJ station. Our dog was recently diagnosed with osteosarcoma, and will need emergency limb amputation surgery this week. We wanted to try to get him groomed before hand so he could be kept clean and comfortable after surgery. I called hoping they could get us in but knowing it was very last minute. They were kind enough to get us in same day and give him a bath and clipped his fur short. They took their time, kept him comfortable and stayed late to take care of him. When we picked him up he looked great, was nice and clean and happy as could be. These are true animal lovers and we are so grateful for their help during this stressful time for us and our beloved dog. Thank you so much again for your kindness. Mickey (goldendoodle) absolutely
