Bugs in the Purina one kitten food, plus The last three times I went I found multiple cases of expired wet food, weruva , nutro, and science . I used to like coming here because it has a variety of now. Everything is expired or has bugs and the employees are not helpful.

I dropped my yorkie off at 12:45 today for a wash and cut: Marquis the manager checked us in and Braxton was totally comfortable with him, we discussed the cut that I wanted. I was told it would take about three hours and that I would receive a phone call. I went back up there at 3:30 and was told that Braxton was in the back and would be another 30 mins. I keep peeping in hoping to see my baby (5 months old), I did see an old dog having his toe nails done. The dog groomer David came out to let me know my dog was done.....the old dog turned out to be my baby Braxton😳😥😢 he looked like a yard mutt. I asked the groomer had he ever cut a dog's hair before and he assured me he had, stating that the "dog" had a lot of mats? I brushed him out before I took him in...I cannot stand a liar!

I've taken my Cavalier Long Charles Spaniel here for years. Everything is usually great; appointments kept, service and haircut wonderful and as expected. The only complaint I have over the years, is the lengthy time from drop-off till pickup. Usually more than 3 hours. This puts my doggo through more anxiety than necessary, and surely could be improved? Overall, I'll continue to take him there because there are limited other options locally, and he always looks great. The staff are friendly and courteous. Just wish it was faster.

They had what we were looking for but the only person who had any contact with us, could have cared less if we were even there. She was very short and a little over weight. I throw no stones for being over weight but at least smile and ask about the adorable puppy we had in our arms. Anything... how old, boy or girl, what kind, etc. I don't think we will return. She didn't even thank us for our donation. I gave 3 stars because the store was clean, they had what we were looking for and they are close to us. I almost gave one star just for the borderline rudeness.

Updating review because PetSmart had the cutest Santa set up!! Still not much change in the aquatic section, we don’t purchase, but we still stop by to see if it’s been cleaned up so we can purchase We used to enjoy bringing our dogs there while we bought fish. We had bought eight fish from there, also while taking advice from the woman in the aquatics section, and our tank ended up with ich from their fish, resulting in every other fish including the sick ones purchased from them dying. Our other tank crashed and we lost all of the fish in that one as well thanks to the advice from the woman.
